Wake up at 0545 AM.
Make the coffee.
Drink the coffee.
Go out at 0620 AM.
Distinctly notice that the status quo is still valid and that your front door is still the same heavily weathered shade of light blue that it has always been.
Pretend to work for 8 hours straight.
Drink lots more coffee and spend quality time in the smoking area of the station.
Come home at 1515 PM.
Can't help but notice that your front door is now white and has a figure resembling a Mandelbrot calculation in green painted on it.
Shrug shoulders, and accept it as one of those little cool things that tend to happen when you are living in "Anti squat" housing in Rotterdam city.
